  This Place is amazing and the staff is Excellent, Hands down the best place I ever lived. Jennifer & Kelsey are out going staff members and greet me after a hard day of work with a smile!!!

  Worst customer service. Every time we call or ask a question they are always rude or speak down to you as if it’s a stupid question. I just called because my dog died yesterday to find out how much my rent is without the pet fee and what I need to do as my lease states I have a dog and all Jennifer said “well what’s your pet fee? Then minus that from your rent.” Yes I understand that but first off have some sympathy and let me know what about the lease. It’s a contract and I want to make sure my apartment number is known to remove the pet fee. I am counting the days till I either break my lease or are able to move. I would never recommend this place based on their unwillingness to help.
